A decorated, passionate Bass/Baritone from Houston, Texas, Roberto Reyna specializes in singing classical repertoire, as well as contemporary solos. Roberto has performed for different events, such as singing the national anthem for the Houston Astros and the Texas HOSA state convention in front of three-thousand students and faculty from all across the state of Texas.

Roberto's singing career began to take flight in high school. He's been part of two Texas All-State Mixed Choirs, the most prestigious high school choir in the United States. Roberto has also received superior ratings in the Texas UIL Solo & Ensemble competition all four years of high school.

Roberto has also taken part in various performance groups. He was a three year member of the First Edition Show Choir and performed in front of more than five-thousand people in a span of two weekends at the "Festival of Lights" in Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas. In addition, his major roles in a musical include Captain Hook and Mr. Applegate in Damn Yankees.

In addition to being part of incredible groups, Roberto has been fortunate to work with top notch musicians in their fields. He has worked with Grammy award winning Charles Bruffy, director of the Kansas City Chorale and Phoenix Chorale, as well as with James Rodde, director of choral activities at Iowa State University.

Roberto currently studies vocal performance with world renowned tenor Clif Forbis, and is part of the Meadows Concert Chorale under the direction of Dr. Huffman. He hopes to share the gift of music with as many people that he can reach.
